Cold brew coffee
A refreshing summer drin
Deceptively simple, cold water brewing extracts the delicious flavor compounds (and some of the caffeine) from coffee beans, but leaves behind myriad bitter oils and biting fatty acids, including undesirable elements leaving a creamy and silky flavour with notes of chocolate. During the cold-brew process, time replaces heat. Ground coffee is processed in cold water from 16 to 24 hours.
